POLICY
Policy of TURLEN LLC in the field of quality is based on the mission, objectives and corporate principles of TURLEN LLC and expressed in an effort to maximize the satisfaction of customer expectations and demands on quality and to reduce development time of the project documentation.
Quality Policy is aimed at ensuring compliance with the quality management system of TURLEN LLC ISO 9001:2015, the constant improvement of its effectiveness, as well as increasing the company's profits by increasing financial performance of design work, improve customer satisfaction, the most effective use of the company's employees and grow their wealth.
Implementation of the quality policy is achieved through the formulation, planning and problem solving aimed at fulfilling the mission and achieving quality objectives, performance commitments subject to corporate principles and provisions of the approved quality policy, followed by an analysis of the results and making the necessary adjustments.

PROJECT
EXECUTION
The preparatory phase of the design includes works that are performed in the period from the receipt of the customer's offer to perform design work on the project (or to participate in the tender) to sign the contract for the design of this project.
Customer prior to execution of design works are presented raw data: Architecture and planning task and technical conditions concerning engineering maintenance of the object; job design and others.
Company on the basis of the initial data of the customer, with the agreement to execute the proposed project, checks the completeness of the initial data received from the customer, prepare a draft contract for the design.
Preparations for the design is ending of the main technical solutions and adoption and the conclusion of the contract between the company and the customer.

Development of design and detail design for the construction of new and reconstruction of the existing infrastructure of refineries, including:
- Pipeline, cable, rail and road communications;
- Automated handling of oil points and overpasses;
- Pump and tank farms;
- Objects of heat and power - boilers, boiler, heat points, water recycling units, compressor stations, condensate collection and treatment plant water vapor, transformer substations, etc;
- Facilities for complex wastewater and atmospheric emissions;
- Technological facilities for auxiliary processes - packaging, storage, shipment of commercial oil products to consumers;
- Facilities for the maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings and facilities, including repair and mechanical repair and construction workshops, garages and service stations of special equipment items for filling equipment liquid and gaseous fuels, as well as battery charging outdoor Technology electric;
- Objects ensuring execution of special events in the enterprise - fire stations, gas rescue station, facilities for internal security, asylum shelters for employees, premises resistant to blast, etc;
- Objects providing domestic and social services employees (administrative buildings, dining halls, health centers, etc.);
- Design of special geotechnical conditions - increased seismicity, soil subsidence, underflooded territory, etc.
- Development of technological regulations for the operation of facilities;
- Development of special sections of project documentation - measures to ensure fire safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency requirements, engineering civil defense measures, declaration of industrial and fire safety;
- Perform special calculations security designed facilities (calculations of the energy potential of objects, categories of rooms and outdoor facilities for explosion-fire, excessive pressure developed by the combustion of gas-air mixtures, zone boundaries explosion-fire-zone, indicators of fire facilities, fire steam curtains, etc.);
- Perform special calculations on strength, reliability and durability of the designed buildings and structures;
- Perform works on ecology, including:
- development of the sections "Environmental Impact Assessment" in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
- Application of the dispersion of pollutants with the help of automated software complexes recommended for the design of any environmental protection measures on the territory of Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Determination of the qualitative and quantitative composition of pollutant emissions in both operation and construction of planned activities; Determination of the noise impact of the objects of the proposed activity; performance of works related to waste management;
- Performance of works related to the assessment of the impact of the proposed activity on the aquatic environment;
- Carrying out an independent examination of projects
Support of projects & construction
- Monitoring of project decisions, construction schedules, requirements, regulations, quality of construction works.
- Selection and review of design documents and documentation equipment manufacturers.
- Survey and assessment, together with employees of the customer's technical supervision and construction organizations, works performed, concealed in the production of subsequent works.
- Quality control of the basic types of construction works.
- Establishing lists of deficiencies and defects of installation, control over their removal.
- Participate in audits conducted by the public oversight bodies, State and compliance with the project moving in equipment installation, in the assessment of the quality of its installation, integrated testing and acceptance.
- Participation in the work of the commissions on acceptance of equipment under the complex testing.
